At Plutosec, we strive to provide high-quality cybersecurity services and solutions. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following Refund and Returns Policy:
1. Service Cancellation & Refunds
- Prepaid Services: If a service is canceled before initiation, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed.
- Ongoing Services: Refunds for services already in progress will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of work completed.
- Completed Services: Due to the nature of cybersecurity services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been fully delivered.
2. Training & Digital Products
- Refund Eligibility: Refund requests for training courses, reports, or digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Access & Usage: Refunds will not be issued if the training material has been accessed, downloaded, or used.
3. Custom Engagements & Consulting Services
- Custom projects and consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where Plutosec fails to deliver agreed-upon services.
4. How to Request a Refund
